EMBODIED YOGA with Gae
90-minute Online Practice
After almost exactly five years since I last offered Yoga online, I am excited to invite you to join me for three yoga sessions once again.
Join this week’s online class on Wednesday from 09:30h - 11:00h CET.
This is a Yoga class designed to activate the body + restore your homeostatic balance by directly targeting the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems through a combination of various elements.
You will be guided through a powerful and energizing 90-minute journey, where you will rebalance your body’s systems. The class will incorporate elements of the yogic lifestyle, including Breathwork (Pranayama), preparation for Mindfulness (Pratyahara & Dhyana), and a smooth flow of Asanas (Yoga poses).
Each class explores the interplay of opposites created biomechanically to move effortlessly and gracefully through each asana. We will briefly dive into the application of fascial networks through movement.
This journey is a balance of Yin and Yang—where we explore both polarities: the dynamic and powerful state of Action & Inner Power, and the relaxed state of Presence & Spaciousness of Being.
Sliding Scale Yoga Class
This class is offered on a sliding scale, meaning you’re welcome to contribute what you can. Suggested contribution tiers are provided to help guide you, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
If you're currently unable to pay but feel called to join, please reach out—spaces are set aside for those with financial or special needs.

We will practice yoga from our own spaces, connecting our energy streams through Source.

Individual Dive.
In a Private Yoga Therapy session (60 min) you will receive personalized asanas (poses) & breathing exercises designed & tailored to your needs. In this session we will together work with the therapeutic properties of Yoga.
